"THE MORE YOU LOSE A BATTLE, THE SWEETER THE VICTORY TASTES"

…That’s what Haseo (of.Hack//G.U. Vol.1: Rebirth; Playstation2) blabbed when he entered the championship tournament wherein he gained his crown of being the Emperor.

What’s more like a blab is such a meaningful phrase to me.For I’ve experienced losing not just twice or thrice, but a whole helluva times.

You see, there are many types of challenges in this world, and if you think losing is a sign of mere defeat and "no-cigar" effect, THINK AGAIN. In battle, you give your best, and if you lose that battle, you think of a strategy to win it back. And if you win it at last, you feel a satisfying victory that you will drink and eat to it till you puke…

That’s more like it.That’s what Haseo’s blab is about..you’ll feel upset if you lose especially when you didn’t expect it but if you win without expecting something, well that’s a blessing!

Remember this, think of it as an online game wherein you level up a big chunk of experience points when you win, and a small one if you lose. And bear in mind that as you grow old and level up, you fight bigger challenges and stronger adversaries that will give you experience wether you win or lose.

That way you won’t get hurt if you lose again, instead you’ll look forward to other challenges that awaits your skills and your own ambitious soul!

Take it from me…Kervin Dy!
